On 22nd July, I will be taking part in the sprint London Triathlon near the Excel Centre. Training is in full swing and the big day is creeping up.

I'll be swimming 750m in the Victoria Docks... 20km on my bike and finish off the challenge with a 5km run.

I've got my wet suit, bike and trainers and all i need now is the love, support and sponsorship from you. As an employer of Barclays Bank PLC, I'm really lucky that any money i raise will be doubled. Cancer Research is very close to my heart and what better charity to fund raise on this crazy challenge I've given myself. Anything big or small is much appreciated. (Feel free to watch me on the day. I know you're jealous you're not the one swimming in the freshwater Thames.)
