Alzheimer’s society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in a community without fear or prejudice. 

I will be trekking up mount snowdon on my birthday with a great group of gals! I will be doing this to raise awareness and fundraise for Alzheimer’s Society. This charity is very important to me because my grandma was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s almost a decade ago... she’s my favourite person in this world and an absolute trooper!

P.S. the only ‘mountain’ I’ve ever walked up is Mam Tor so this is going to be a challenge!!
