OK, so I've done a few crazy challenges in my time... But it's been a loooong while since I took part in a competitive event. On Sunday, my challenge will start by having to get out of bed at the crack of dawn (the hardest part) and potter on down to Richmond Park. I will follow this by running 10K, cycling 44K and then topping it off with a final 5K run. Given the amount of abuse I've been giving my body of late (some of you have been partners in crime - you know who you are), I'd say this is a pretty good effort.
