I am taking part in a moonlit memory walk with family to help raise money for The Rowans Hospice. They are an amazing charity who helped my grandma and my family through such a difficult time.

She was extremely ill at such a young age and if it wasn't for the nurses and carers she would have had a very uncomfortable final year, they gave her the care, medication and support she needed. They also did their best at supporting my auntie who was also her carer. We as a family would not have been able to deal with the heart breaking time this was if it wasn't for them, which is why we are now trying to raise money and awareness to give back and help other people. 

We all love her so much and she would appreciate us supporting The Rowans Hospice because she was such a loving giving person herself.
