Story

For the last 10 years I've lived with chronic migraine, a complex brain disorder that leaves me in significant, and often severe, daily pain. During March I'm walking and running 700,000 steps to support the work of The Migraine Trust.

If you can, it would be amazing if you could donate to support this incredible charity doing vital work. Your support, whether it's £1 or £10, will make an impact for the millions of people living with migraine in the UK.

Thank you!
