So, once again I've signed up for something ridiculous to raise money for a good cause. On 16 November I will be taking part in survival of the fittest to raise money for Richard House. Richard House provides care and support for life-limited children and children with complex healthcare conditions and their families. 

Survival is a unique 10k assault course hosted at the epic Battersea
Power Station. The route will feature around 10k of running with over
20 obstacle zones en route, packing nearly 100 pieces of equipment
throughout.
