Although the past year has had a huge impact on the whole of society I am aware of the unbelievable impact Covid 19 has had upon my colleagues. I am hoping through doing the sky dive I will be able to raise some much needed funds that can be used on supporting the wellbeing of the staff across Gateshead trust. 

the local community have been fantastic with their support throughout the last year and before then also. However as the pandemic continues and the pressures remain staff who work across the NHS are beginning to come to terms with the enormous marathon we are all continuously going through. staff will require support. I am hoping with some of the funds myself and my colleagues can raise can be used to help towards the extra support staff may need, may that be mental health support, physical support or  a simple coffee.
