The teaching professional is fragile yet we all do one of the most valuable and impactful jobs in the world.  As a serving head teacher, I have seen first hand how we must look after the people in our organisations to ensure the next generations are taught by the best and the most committed people.

The Education Support Partnership are the only UK charity dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of the entire education workforce.  As the UK's only charity providing mental health and wellbeing support services to all education staff and organisations, we need to support this charity to ensure their good work can continue and support our workforce.

With over a third of education staff expected to leave the profession by 2020, this charity are needed now more than ever. Stress and anxiety levels across the sector are reaching alarming levels and calls to their helpline are increasing year on year.

The Education Support Partnership champion good mental health and wellbeing of teachers, lecturers, school leaders, support staff and prison educators throughout their careers and during retirement as well as supporting education leaders with a wide range of tools to help improve professional and organisational development too.

A focus on mental health and wellbeing has transformed my school and this cause is close to my heart.
