I think everyone has been or knows someone who has been effected by cancer. I have lost friends and family members to cancer, but I also have friends who have been helped and are still with me and this is down to the brilliant work Cancer Research UK do. Hopefully they will find a cure to this horrible illness very soon and your donation to my 100km non stop Race to the Stones will help in their amazing work.

This is going to be quite a challenge for me, as you know I enjoy a run but 100km non stop is a BIG challenge, so as long as I have my health I will take it on...
