We are taking part in the London to Brighton Bike ride with a team of people from my company, Websense. There are 30 of us riding in total, to raise money and awareness to support the British Heart Foundation.

BHF conduct life saving research into the UK's biggest killer, Heart Disease, which killed 82,000 people last year.

Their research into the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease benefits us all, so please give generously! Our target is £150 each, but if we can exceed our goal that would be fantastic!
