Story
Someone said that jumping out of a plane will feel like flying and is one of the best feelings a human could experience. I’m not entirely convinced and prefer to think of it as absolute trepidation and a loss of control.. either way I’m foolish enough to volunteer to do a skydive in October 2017 all for an amazing cause. So with a churning stomach and sweaty palms, I will be parachuting, free-falling, and trying not to throw up at 15,000 feet in order to fundraise for the Chestnut Tree House Hospice. This is an incredible charity which support children with progressive life-shortening conditions. Their valuable work looks after children and young people throughout East and West Sussex, Brighton and Hove and South East Hampshire as they help to make every precious moment count.
So, even if you can only give a little, please donate to this wonderful cause.. all the glorious screaming and crying will be captured on video and I will upload for everyone to laugh at afterwards. Please donate to help me and my fellow work colleagues raise the combined amount of £10,000.
