The Cynthia Spencer Hospice cared so lovingly for my big Cousin Tracy in her last days and we will be forever in debt for the kindness and love they showed her. 

Me and Tracy both got into cycling during lockdown and was planning on going for a bike ride together once we was allowed, unfortunately we never got to do this.

Therefore I am pledging to cycle 200 miles during the month of this April, in her memory, (there 100 miles to Tracy’s house from mine, so the equivalent of there and back) .
