Friedreich’s Ataxia (FA) is a rare neuro-degenerative disease. It affects balance, coordination, mobility, fine motor skills, and fatigue amongst other things. By supporting us you will help us to deliver our vision of supporting people with FA so that they may have the best possible lives.

Story

Hi everyone! I am officially doing the Dundee Kiltwalk 2026 to raise money for Freddies Ataxia Fund.

Eilidh and I became friends in second year of school and as our friendship grew I learned about Eilidhs condition, Eilidh is one of the bravest, determined and inspiring people I have met, never letting anything stop her, she is truly an amazing person.

Freidrichs Ataxia is a rare condition that affects mobility, coordination and fatigue among other things. Freddies Ataxia was set up by eilidh, family and friends to spread awareness and help those with Ataxia recieve mobility aids and wheelchairs.

On August 16th I am doing the 20 mile kiltwalk to raise money for this incredible charity, any donation would mean a lot! 🩷
