Story

I really must be Daft as A Brush… If you know me you know I am by no means a runner! But as it is my 21st this year I wanted to set myself a challenge.

I have chosen to run the Great North Run in memory of Trev Currie. The money will be donated to Daft as A Brush who provided support to Trev and his family in a time of need.

The money raised will contribute towards a new ambulance for patients to and from hospital for their life saving treatments, free of charge.

From city to sea, the Great North Run returns to its classic route for 2022! Almost 60,000 determined and dedicated runners make the Great North Run the Worlds biggest and best half marathon On 11th September 2022.
