St Barnabas House Hospice has always been a charity close to my heart, ever since my beautiful Nanny light passed away at the old site in 2005. 

I remember so many visitations where I would sit with my Nanny, watching the birds in the garden, with our bird book identifying each one. It was so calming in a time I wanted to break down. 

Fast forward to 2021 were Nanny Molly then had the support of St Barnabas, where again the same level of compassion, love & care shone through from all who worked there. 

I'm walking in memory of 2 stunningly beautiful women who were the most incredible leaders. Teaching my siblings and I the true meaning of family. Loving us unconditionally & teaching us we could conquer anything we dreamed possible. 

I will forever be so honoured to have been their Granddaughter & will always support this crucial local service as a way of giving back for the amount they have given my family.

Our mission is to provide dignity, comfort and choice for adults who need specialised, supportive care.Your generous support helped to provide specialist supportive care for 1,786 local people and their families at the hospice and in the comfort of their own homes last year.
