Gary was my friend, he was born with aortic atenosis and had several operations as a baby and young man. He needed a heart transplant but became too ill to be considered. He sadly passed away after just one year of marriage to my best friend sally. He was the bravest funniest and most knowledgeable man i ever met and we miss him. Every year Garys friends and family take part in the annual fun run to raise money for lifesaving equipment so that perhaps another young person may get lifesaving treatment.
