Long post.... April 22 - Whilst out training for Lands' End to John O Groats Chris unexpectedly suffered a Cardiac Arrest. We were very lucky that Chris was in the small % of people that survive.

His first words when he woke up "where's my bike? And are the cats ok?"

Within weeks Chris was back on his bike with a new riding buddy (me) and a cardiac rehabilitation plan.

Today - exactly 6 months on from that day we are taking on the LEJOG challenge between us - 960 miles to be completed between now and 20th November.

We are raising funds for Willows Way cat rescue - WILLOWSWAY CAT RESCUE@  As a small local charity they rely on fundraising and donations. Like everyone they are being hit hard and struggling for funds at the moment.

If you can spare a few pennies, it will really help Davey, Gingin, Doris and the other fosters. It will also really motivate Chris and I through the wind, rain and storms that are most likely coming our way.
