Without Samaritans I wouldn't be here today. Like many others, the Covid lockdowns massively affected my mental health, and coupled with the breakdown of my marriage I found myself in a very dark place.

Samaritans not only helped to keep me sane, they encouraged me to get the help that I needed. Nearly two years on from my lowest ebb I now feel like a completely different and happier person.
