We are putting together a team of amazing people to do this fantastic event on 25th September 2022.
Cold water swimming is great for mental health, and who doesn't like a challenge that drags you out of your comfort zone? You? Well we can change that! With 1km, 2km, 4km and 6km distances available, there is something for everyone.
If you can't do the swim, you can make a donation to support our therapeutic work with children - every penny makes a huge difference.
We want to raise awareness of children's mental health issues, build our resilience and challenge ourselves! Some of us have never done anything like this before, but we will be supporting and cheering and providing hot chocolate and warm blankets...we can do it together!
