Starting on Wednesday 6th May, every day, for 10 days, I will complete the equivalent distance of an Ironman 70.3 triathlon whilst adhering to social distancing rules.  Every day, I will complete a 35 min strength/core circuits set (in place of the swim), ride 1,000km on an indoor bike via Zwift online (extended by 10km to keep it indoors) and run 10km.  10 Days, 10 x Circuits, 1,000km cycling and 100km running in total.
