I'm running the Rob Burrows marathon on Sunday 14th May in support of my lovely friend Caz Billingham and her sister Lindsey Benson who lost their mum in 2021 to the horrible disease MND. Now I know I can't rival the fundraising and awareness that Sir Kev & Rob are doing but still want to do my bit and push myself to do something I've never done before!! I did run the Leeds Half marathon some years ago and I swore I'd NEVER do it again but here I am signed up for the FULL marathon...... So any contributions towards this amazing cause would be gratefully received and would mean so much.

I'm following Chris Evans, 119 days to go marathon training plan, which started yesterday and it was a REST day, bloody love Chris Evans so today (170123) is my first official run.

Please dig deep for a very important cause as I will certainly be digging deep when I'm running those hills xxxxx
