Story

Hello,

In November The Programmatic Advisory are aiming to each walk or run 100km in total for Cruse Bereavement Charity.

Dealing with the loss of a loved one is an extremely difficult time, and Cruse offer free services for people in their time of need.

We believe that one way to help deal with challenging times is through regular exercise. You don't need to set extreme goals for exercise to be beneficial, but getting out every day and doing a few kilometres of walking or running has a positive impact on your mental wellbeing and therefore it can help with your ability to deal with loss.

So in November, come wind or shine, we'll be walking and running our way to raising money for a fantastic cause.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
