This is my first year taking part in the tour de Hereford, I enjoy cycling and it seemed to make sense to incorporate my normal training and some extras to help raise funds for a very good cause, I will be clocking up the miles around the back lanes of our fantastic county and visiting our neighbours in Worcestershire and Gloucestershire, if you see any of us please give us a wave.
