We’re Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), and we’re a suicide prevention charity. We host a helpline for people affected by suicide, as well as vital online resources for anyone who needs them.

Story

We are three cyclists who like to challenge themselves to epic rides.

On the 4th & 5th of September - Sam, Harry & I will undertake our biggest challenge yet. On Saturday we will ride around Suffolk's border (242mi) then wake up Sunday to ride Norfolk's border (215mi). Totalling over 450miles - we aim to raise funds and awareness in support of CALM, the Campaign against Living Miserably. Each of us has been affected by suicide or mental health issues in the past, we've lost some amazing friends and characters from our lives.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this.

Please consider making a donation, however small or large, and sharing our page to raise awareness - thank you!
