We are excited about improving the lives of the young people by building Keframa secondary school. Whilst the school has been established since 2011, there is much need for a solid infrastructure.  Lessons do currently exist in ramshackle buildings and occasionally under the tree but this is not sustainable. 

The opportunity that secondary education affords these young people should not be underestimated. Most children do have the chance to attend primary school but few are able to study further. With 'O levels' achieved at Keframa young people can begin to make a real impact in their families and local communities. 

LIfe has also been rather haphazard for this part of the world due to war and disease. The Lords Resistance Army (LRA), a terrorist group, ran rampant through this region taking lives and capturing children as soldiers or sex objects. These communities, of which Keframa is a part, have suffered much and need to be given a chance to rebuild their lives.
