I'll be riding out on the 16th in memory of my amazing dad Keith (the hairy bum cherub). 

An amazing father, friend and family member to so many people, after suffering a heart attack was taken from us many many years too soon leaving a massive hole in our lives that will never be filled. 

So for him I will ride and smash out 55 odd miles with the aim to raise as much money as possible for this amazing charity. They cant bring him back but what they can do is carry on their wonderful work towards ensuring people are diagnosed, treated and survive heart disease.

So i'll ask all that see this page to give what they can no matter how much it may be, I believe there is no such thing as a small donation each one I see will mean the world to me and is worth of all the thanks I can give.

In the meantime if you do see me out on my bike, a little push is always welcome.
