“ I was diagnosed with Covid-19 in March 2020. The doctors and staff at the Royal Jubilee Hospital did a wonderful job in looking after me. When I was at my worst, it was scary and my wife and I did not know what was going to happen next. Covid -19 is real. We all need to observe the mask regulations. In November 2020, I had a heart incident. The care I again received from the doctors and nurses was the best. I am running a half marathon to raise funds to recognize the care given to me by the doctors and staff at the Royal Jubilee Hospital. The High Acuity Units are a necessary to support patients going from Emergency to intensive care. Any support that you can give, would be appreciated. I look forward to see you all virtually at the finish line May 1, 2021. “
