The Tour 21 in 2024 will see a team of 25 amateur cyclists take on all 21 stages of the 2024 Tour de France route, one week ahead of the professional race - with the aim of raising over £/$1million for Cure Leukaemia.

Story

In Elementary School my friend Kirk King was diagnosed with Leukemia. I remember building Legos with him at his home after he'd had a bone marrow transplant. We were wearing masks and playing together. He died from the disease shortly after. His death hit me hard as a child.

In the U.S. nearly 10 children a day are diagnosed with some form of blood cancer! This is why I am raising money for drug trials with Cure Leukaemia. I want to help families avoid the same fate the Kings experienced with their child, and I with my friend.

This June, I will be tackling The Tour 21 on behalf of Cure Leukaemia, alongside 24 amateur cyclists as ride the full Tour de France route one week ahead of the professionals. Starting in Tuscany, The Tour 21 will take place from Saturday 22 June - Sunday 14 July and will tackle all 21 grueling stages and 3,500km of the Tour de France route - one of the world's most grueling sporting challenges. This years Tour route starts in Italy, crosses the Alps twice, rides through the Pyrenees mountains and finishes in Nice, France.

Please donate to this effort to create better medications for Leukaemia patients world wide! Thank you in advance for your support.

Cure Leukaemia fund research nurses at 15 hospitals across the UK. These roles form the Trials Acceleration Programme (TAP) network giving patients, from a catchment area of 30m, access to potentially life-saving treatments through clinical trials, with plans to fund a paediatric network on the way.
