Story

Thank you for looking at my JustGiving page!

On 24th August – mid family holiday – I completed the Vichy IRONMAN 70.3 event in Vichy, France. I swam 1.2 miles, then a cycled 56 miles and rounded it off with a half marathon, all in a brutal 34c heat.

I have been competing in triathlons since 1989 and have completed four full and four half Ironman competitions, since 2005. This time I am supporting the Young Minds Trust, the UK’s leading charity supporting the mental health of children and young people.

I believe it is healthy to work, healthy to exercise and healthy to talk about problems – so I want to promote and donate to the Young Minds Trust. Thank you for joining me on my IRONMAN journey, there is still time to support by donating to my JustGiving campaign.
