I will be running (or perhaps limping) the Paris Half Marathon for The Naked Heart foundation which provides safe areas for children to play in under-priveledged areas.

In our science and business dominated world a charity that helps kids play might not seem the most important. But life is about more than just survival, its also about joy and experience. Playing is so important for a child's healthy development. We all did it, and just Imagine if musicians worked their music rather than played it !
