On 5th January 2021 our wonderful, loving Dad, husband and friend slipped away with his family by his bedside.

We are broken, and cannot believe our incredible, generous, funny and one-of-a-kind Dad is gone. He was so proud of us, believed we could achieve anything, and would do anything to help us get there.

The National Kidney Federation has supported Jacqui and many members of the family through their kidney transplants. We are therefore asking any of Keith's family or friends who wish to make a donation in his memory, to do so with this page.
