This year all four of us have entered the Great North Run with our friend Susan. We will be pushing Paul in his wheelchair so that he gets the experience of the run for a change. It is Sally's and Susan's first time too.

Please help us to raise funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. Up to £600 will be matched by Norwich Union,  so please be generous.
