What is Spring into health? From 18th January to 16th April 2021 I am taking on 170 miles for better mental health. Corona Virus has impacted our lives in many ways and has affected over 60% of the population's mental health. Mind in Mid Herts needs you to take part in this challenge to help them support the growing number of people dealing with mental health difficulties in Hertfordshire. Not only will this challenge support your mental wellbeing but it will also help you with your physical health, and will be great fun too!!!
