Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page.

I did some running more than 5 years ago and have taken up the challenge again to support a client of Mine at Mind in Croydon (Tony O' Hagan). He has made such progress in getting fit and managing his mental health issues (he is diagnosed as Bipoler). We came up with the idea of a 10k run to both challenge him and provide a way through sponsorship of him contributing to Mind in Croydon who have helped him over the last 13 years.

Tony has not done anything like this before, so I am running with him to support and encurage him (It might work the other way too!). You can support Tony and all the rest of us who need a little help sometimes by sponsoring us.

With 1in4 people likly to experience a mental health problem in every year Mind in Croydon offers vital help and support.
