Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.My name is  Keith Rix , I'm a veterans of the British Army ,1st Bn Irish Guards 87_94.Im 51 years old , an ex competitive sportsman , Athletics, Hockey, Football , Rugby Union ,Rugby League and Boxing .Since I've retired from sport I decided to purchase a C2 Erg rower. I decided that if i was going to use it Daily ,it would be a Great Idea if I attempted the 1,000,000 meter challenge and as I'm already involved with the Veterans Lifeline charity ....Do it as a fundraiser....I've thrown myself the Gauntlett on the ground..I will succeed.
