On September 19th 2014 I will be joining a group of good timers to embark on a 100km cycle in an effort to raise money for 2 wonderful charities - MIND, a charity tackling mental health issues and Rays of Sunshine, a charity dedicated to children with cancer. This cycle and fundraising effort is in loving memory of John Marco and is hopefully the inaugural event of many many more fund raising events to come.
