Hi Kellie here! 

I began working for Glow in 2017 and I have been in constant awe of the lives changed. I have met many women and girls, very broken and with no confidence or passion for life, who have come to Glow for personal development programmes. By the end of the course, they are truly transformed with confidence and wanting to fight for themselves and their families to have a better quality of life. 

We help them rediscover their worth, empower them to make personalised steps to move forward and create an atmosphere of friendship and support that they can always come back to. 

We work with girls as young as 10 and there is no age limit for the women's support. My husband Simon and I are running to raise much-needed funds for Glow because we see the value in the impact its support has had and continues to have. We also know that Glow has big dreams to expand their reach across Belfast and Northern Ireland but we need your help to do so.
