Luke’s 10 day ball challenge · 22 October 2020

FareShare redistributes good-to-eat, surplus food, which would otherwise go to waste, to 8,000 local charities and community groups across the UK. But our charities are facing unprecedented demand for food. Join our fight against hunger and food waste. Support FareShare today.

Story

Luke wants to support the amazing work of Fare Share to help provide food for children and families who need the help the most. Inspired by Marcus Rashford’s campaign and with his huge love of Manchester United Luke is going to try and keep a ball or balloon in the air for 10 minutes a day for 10 days in the hope of raising £10 a day. £100 would mean 400 meals for a child! This may seem an easy challenge but for Luke it is quite hard as he struggles with his balance, stamina and energy due to complex heart and health issues.  Thank you for supporting.
