Hi Guys

We are all members of BMF Swindon at Lydiard park. In 2015 we are partaking in a number of events throughout the year and raising money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

I don't know if you have ever tried to breath through a straw with your nose pinched for 60 seconds but that is how someone with CF breathes all the time. As the disease progresses the decreased lung function makes it very difficult to breath. This of course isn't the only thing they have to live with. 

One of our members little boy has this disease and the struggles he and his wife go through every day can be exhausting, this doesn't stop them though and their love for him keeps them strong. So please give as much or as little as you feel you can. Thank you.

It means alot to them and the thousands of other patients.

Events are as follows:-

1st Feb: Longleat 10k, 1st Mar: Bath half Marathon, 7th Mar: BMF Major Series, 12th April: Forest Warrior, 16th May: Rough Runner, 6th June: Colour rush 5k, 12-14th Jun: Endure 24 (24 hours to run as many miles as possible), 11th Jul: Dirty Dozen, 15th Aug: Adrenaline Rush, 22nd Aug: Tough Mudder, 4th Sep: 2.8 Hour Zombie Run, 26th Sep: Tough Mudder, 3/4th Oct: Major Series.
