I'm joining a group of friends and colleagues to raise money in memory of Alison Ford. She was funny, energetic and a brilliant boss.
Alison died last year from breast cancer. This years Great North Run would have been her 47th birthday.
I'm running too for my fabulous mum. Six years on from ovarian cancer. I miss her everyday.
