Alec and I are raising funds for Heritage Care's specialist mental health services called Community Options.  They work with ordinary people who are living with mental ill-health issues and help them on the road to recovery.  Their Community Engagement & Inclusion Services help to increase people's confidence and self-esteem after a period of ill-health, and provides people with meaningful activity that helps them back into work or education. A period of mental ill-health will happen to 1 in 4 of us at some point in our lives. Raising money for this great cause can help us change lives for the better
