Emily's Day · 9 August 2014

We help by supporting children and young people with hearing impairment eg specialist equipment to improve listening in classrooms and homes. We organise a range of social activities and talks throughout the year to support parents and carers. We also provide information and helpful contacts.

Story

My husband and I have recently found out that our 4 month old daughter Emily has permanent hearing loss and as a result now needs to wear hearing aids for life. We have received so much support and want to give something back to the SDCS (Shropshire Deaf Children Society)

We have arranged a fancy dress 5 a side knock out at The Power League at Shrewsbury Town. Throughout the day we will be raising money in many different ways such as a raffle, tombola, bouncy castle and more.
