Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Earlier this year my lovely friend and former colleague Rachel was diagnosed with breast cancer. As she embarks on her treatment she is faced with the prospect of losing her hair and suffering the ill-effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. FOJO are providing vital support and treatment for Rachel and many others.

FOJO is a small charity but the work they do and support they provide is vital to those living with a cancer diagnosis.

So, in light of the impending New Years Eve, on 31 December 2016 I will be getting my ponytail cut off to donate to a wig making company for cancer sufferers and be having my head shaved to raise funds for Friends of Jersey Oncology. 2017 is the year I'll start off with a shaved head, but for many others 2017 will be the year they start/continue or finish their cancer treatment. They deserve as much assistance and support as possible and it would be very much appreciated if you could help lend some support.
