For those that don't know me well, I have always had a very sweet tooth. There isn't a day that goes by that doesn't involve sugar in my diet. So this year I thought I would do the 'No Sugar Challenge' and raise money for a charity close to my heart...Invest in M.E.  I have suffered from this debilitating disease for 4 years now. It has controlled so many things in my life but it has never stopped me from enjoying sugary foods, in fact it makes me want it more. I crave sugar to help with the severe fatigue. I wanted to take control and raise money in the process. I won't be eating sugar for 1 month. For me this is the hardest challenge in my life.
