After becoming really ill in January 2013 with urosepsis and ending up in ITU in Medway Maritime Hospital, I had a Mitrofanoff procedure carried out in May 2013, which has changed my life for the better.

Mitrofanoff Support's network of people (who are now my friends) gave me guidance and support before, during and after the procedure, and also my partner. I wanted to do something to show my appreciation and to say thank you, also to help them to support other Mitrofanoff patients new, old and pending!
