Ok so it's been 20 months since I last had a cigarette and my new drug of choice is running.

I set myself new year challenges to keep me motivated and on track and the great south run was one of them.

I have chosen to run for macmillian as they offer fantastic support to families and indivudals coping with cancer.

Everyone knows of someone who has had cancer.  Hopefully it will never be you! Between us we can make a real difference.  The best way to make yourself feel good today is to do something for others.  Your donation however large or small goes directly to others who really need it.
