I have decided to run the 5k at the Coventry Festival of Running on 31st October 2021. As an absolute running beginner this is a real challenge for me! In the process I am hoping to raise money for Kairos WWT as it is a charity I am passionate about. Kairos is a small grass-roots charity that relies on donations. As a volunteer I have witnessed the fabulous work that Kairos do to support and empower vulnerable women. I believe that every women deserves respect, equality and access to services no matter what her background - through advocacy, emotional & practical support Kairos aims to increase the safety, stability and self-belief for women who access the valuable service.
