So!! my next challenge is to cycle 450km from Vietnam to Cambodia to raise money for 3 women's cancer charities, Breast Cancer Care, Jo's Cervical trust and Ovarian Cancer Action.  I know this will be a challenging ride although achievable with plenty of training, but the main reason I am doing this is to raise the money and awareness for these 3 fantastic charities. Unfortunately I know too well the devastating effect cancer can have on families as my mum has recently been diagnosed for the second time with breast cancer. However due to the continuous research and help from charities like these my mum will be able to continue and enjoy her retirement and also be there to congratulate and welcome me back after completing this challenge.

SO…….On the 1st Nov 2016 I am flying out as part of a women’s team our Journey will take us from Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City and finishes at the world heritage site of Angkor Wat in Cambodia, this will take approximately 12 days.

For me to be able to take part in this challenge I need to raise a minimum of £3200.00 of sponsorship.
