On the 24th September, a team of 15 of us will be taking part in Tough Mudder South. 

We are doing it for a laugh but we want to raise some money for a charity that means a lot to my mother in law, Abby's Heroes .

Very unexpectedly in may my mother in low Ann Spencer-fleet died as 63! Abby and her family lived on the same road as my husbands family, Ann felt very strongly about supporting Abby’s Hero’s so this is for her! 

 We know it is a tough time for everyone financially and this includes charities. If you are able to spare something to donate, our employer will match our group donation up to £800! 

Please help us relieve our employers of £800 and chuck in a bit of motivation to get through 5k of mud and obstacles.....
