Story
As promised for 2022 we are going BIG. So IRONMAN BARCELONA it is! 2.4mile swim, 112mile bike, topped off with a marathon run 26.2 miles.
Training is well underway and building up, Averaging 12 to 15 hours of training a week on top of a full time job. I have a number of train events to build upto the Ironman. A couple of which have already been completed.
- 6th February - Great Bentley Half Marathon (Completed 01:43:13)
- 3rd April - Harwich Half Marathon (Completed 01:37:07)
- 8th May - Halsted Marathon (Completed 03:52:50)
- 29th May - Ride London Essex 100miles (Completed 05:21:27)
- 3rd July - Outlaw Holkham (Completed 05:23)
- 10th July - Southend Sprint (Completed 01:18:31) 10th Place :)
